These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made via thedojogames.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

2) Using the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security, performance, or normal operation.
3) Products and availability
We curate a limited range. Product availability may change without notice.
Product images are for presentation. Colour and texture may vary slightly due to materials, production runs, and screen settings.
4) Prices
Prices are shown on the Site in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on product pages include VAT at the rate applicable to the customer’s location where this can be determined. Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. The total price payable, including the applicable VAT rate for the delivery destination, will always be shown before you place your order.
Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect an order once it has been accepted.
If we discover an error in the price or description of a product, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Where practicable, we will contact you first.
5) Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, due to stock, payment issues, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints).
Your order is accepted when we email a dispatch confirmation (or confirmation that the order is ready for collection, where offered). If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any amount paid.
6) Payment
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and PayPal (and any additional methods displayed at checkout). Payment is taken at checkout.
We do not store full card details on our systems (payment providers process payment information under their own policies).
7) Delivery
Delivery coverage, charges, and estimated times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8) Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 Change-of-mind cancellations and returns
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@thedojogames.com
with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return the order.
8.2 Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email if your return is accepted.
8.3 Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You remain responsible for the item until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked service for higher-value items.
8.4 Exclusions
Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including personalised or custom-made goods and any items excluded by law.
8.5 Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email info@thedojogames.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund.
8.6 Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval or being informed of the cancellation, although we may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return. Banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
8.7 Delivery charges
For change-of-mind cancellations, we refund the cost of standard delivery only. Any upgraded delivery charge is non-refundable. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, delivery-related costs will be handled in line with your statutory rights.
9) Promotions and sale items
Where promotions apply, the conditions will be stated on the Site or at checkout.
Where the law requires us to show a “previous price” for a reduction, we will do so in line with applicable rules.
10) Gift purchases
If you purchase an item as a gift, order confirmation and receipts are sent to the purchaser’s email. Returns and refunds follow our Delivery & Returns page.
11) Liability
We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by us, or for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12) Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, courier disruption, strikes, severe weather, or infrastructure outages). Where this happens, we will keep you informed and work to minimise disruption.
13) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site applies at the time you place your order.
14) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
