Collection and availability
Which brands do you carry?
Current ranges include COPAG®, KEM®, Fournier®, BICYCLE®, Bee®, TALLY-HO®, Cartamundi® and ABBIATI®.
Can you source a specific item?
In some cases, yes. Send the item name (or a reference link), quantity, and your timeline via the Contact page.
Will you restock items?
Some items are part of ongoing ranges and may return. Others are produced in smaller runs and may not be restocked.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, as well as PayPal. Available options are shown at checkout.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Final tax treatment is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer invoices/receipts?
A receipt is issued by email after purchase. If you need invoice details for business records, contact us with your order number and company information.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Cyprus and across the EU.
When do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched on the next business day, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and service selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch.
What are your returns terms?
Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to condition requirements. For full details, see Delivery & Returns.
Corporate gifting
Do you handle corporate gifting?
Yes. We work from a short brief: quantities, timeline, and budget range.
Can you include notes or presentation?
Yes, we can arrange clean presentation and inserts. Options depend on the item and quantity.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Corporate Gifting page and include your brief in plain text. If you have a deadline, state the date first.
Trade supply
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Trade enquiries are handled separately depending on quantity, product type, and delivery market. Visit our Wholesale page for more information.
Can you supply custom cards and chips for a club, hotel, or event?
Yes. We supply custom playing cards and custom chips for clubs, hotels, poker rooms, and selected event projects. Minimum order quantities typically start from 2,000 decks for playing cards and 5,000 chips for custom chips. Contact us with your requirements, quantities, timeline, and any branding details, and we can advise on the most suitable options.
Care and use
How should I store playing cards?
Keep decks dry, away from heat and direct light. Store flat when possible.
How do I care for boards and sets?
Avoid moisture, heat, and prolonged sunlight. Keep surfaces clean and free of grit that causes abrasion.
Do you provide care guidance per product?
