Delivery & Returns

We keep delivery and returns straightforward. This policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched on the next business day, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
We deliver within Cyprus and across the EU. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.
Tracking is provided where available. If an order ships in more than one parcel, we’ll notify you.

Returns

Change of mind

You may cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@thedojogames.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return/cancel.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
If your return is accepted, we will email return instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked service for higher-value items.
Return address and instructions will be provided by email when your return is approved.

Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, such as personalised / custom-made goods or other items excluded by law.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Email info@thedojogames.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos (item and packaging where relevant). We will advise next steps. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval / being informed of cancellation (we may wait until the goods are received back, or you provide evidence you sent them).
If a refund appears delayed, check with your bank and card provider, then contact info@thedojogames.com.

Delivery charges: For change-of-mind cancellations, we refund the cost of standard delivery (if you chose an upgraded delivery option, the upgrade cost is not refunded). Return shipping for change-of-mind remains your responsibility.

For faulty/damaged/incorrect items, any delivery charges related to resolving the issue will be handled in line with your statutory rights.
